INTERACTIVE TOUCHSCREEN TERMINALS

Comlab has worked in this field since 1999.

We have developed, installed and managed several interactive terminal networks across Belgium. The total number of units we manage currently stands at 800.

Use

Our interactive terminals enable our clients to display their products and services. Comlab terminals are used in points of sale, and we have developed versions for use at special events (trade fairs, exhibitions, events).

• Automatic remote content updates;
• Automatic remote reporting from units;
• Update system compatible with all types of Internet connection.

Advantages

• Low set-up costs: the application works on entry-level PCs.
• Reliability: display content is stored locally, in case of Internet connection downtime, so information can always be displayed.

Operating principles

Our solution architecture is based on a simple, robust system. Units are installed in very different environments. It is essential that our solution be able to operate with all connection types.

A developing system

Both the content and the system are automatically and remotely updated. The automatic display of customised content is made possible through one or more units.
